1. Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the contractual relations between Mumu San Trading Limited , operator of the site https://luminaire-moi.com , and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase via the site.
Validation of an order implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, without restriction or reservation.

3. Products
The products offered for sale are those presented on the site https://luminaire-moi.com , within the limits of available stocks.
Each product is accompanied by a precise description. The photographs are not contractual: despite our best efforts, differences in color may appear depending on the screens and lighting.
4. Price
Prices are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC) for individual customers.
Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process.
Mumu San Trading Limited reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. Order
The Customer places an order directly on the website https://luminaire-moi.com .
Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and the characteristics of the product.
An order confirmation is sent by email.
Mumu San Trading Limited reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of non-payment, suspected fraud or prior dispute.
6. Payment
Payment is made online via secure solutions (Shopify Payments, Stripe, etc.).
Bank details are never stored.
The order is considered confirmed once payment has been validated.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are guaranteed in mainland France.
Total delivery time is 5 to 12 business days , including processing and shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, delivery location and product availability.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
No compensation may be claimed for a delay attributable to the carrier or to exceptional circumstances.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has 30 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the Customer must contact us by email at dmm3direct@gmail.com .
Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include:

Reimbursement will be made within 7 working days after receipt and verification of the returned items.
9. Return and refund
All returns must be requested in advance by email.
Products must be returned in their original condition , with the packaging intact.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer , except in the event of an error on our part (defective or non-compliant product).
10. Warranty
All our products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity , in accordance with articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
They are also covered by the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
In the event of a defect being noted, the Customer must contact customer service, attaching photo evidence and a description of the problem .
11. Liability
Mumu San Trading Limited cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the products purchased.
Links to third-party sites may be present on the site; we decline all responsibility for their content or operation.
12. Personal data
The Client's personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .

13. Intellectual Property

14. Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are governed by Hong Kong law .
For consumers located in the European Union, mandatory provisions of local law apply.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of Mumu San Trading Limited , unless otherwise provided.
